Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our principal
At St Clair High School, our vision is clear and purposeful: success is valued for every student in every classroom. Located in Sydney’s western suburbs, we are a proud comprehensive secondary school with a steadily increasing enrolment. Families are choosing St Clair High School because of the strong culture of high expectations, support, and opportunity that defines our community.
Our school reflects the rich diversity of modern Australia, and we see this as one of our greatest strengths. Students bring unique cultural knowledge, talents and perspectives that enrich our community. We embrace this diversity through inclusive practices and programs that ensure every student feels known, valued and cared for.
As a public school, we are committed to advancing equitable outcomes, providing outstanding teaching and leadership, and ensuring every child has the best start in learning. Our practices are anchored in Explicit Teaching, and we extend opportunities through our High Potential and Gifted Education program. Our PRIDE values—Participation, Respect, Innovation, Drive and Excellence—guide positive learning environments, strengthen trust in our profession, and build student wellbeing.
Together, staff, students and families work in partnership to provide meaningful post-school pathways, ensuring all young people are supported to learn, grow and succeed.
