| Laptop Borrowing Application (Long Term Loan) | For students who are unable to have a device in the longer term, we are offering long-term loan devices. Students should see their Deputy Principal prior to this form being completed. |
| BYOD Student Lockers | For students who would like to have a BYOD Locker. Once this form is completed, parents will be billed separately for the cost of the locker. |
| Media Release (Permission to Publish) | Parental permission to publish and/or disclose information about your child for the purposes of sharing their experiences with other students, informing the school and broader community about school and student activities and recording student participation in noteworthy projects or community service. |
